I just searched for sample resume for it profesionals, but could not find any good one, so I made one resume myself, I sent my resume to few job consultants and requested their feedbacks on my resume, I updated the resume with their feedbacks.

Just remember one very basic facts do not even put a single lie in your resume, these days employee verification has become really tough, in case you are found to be lying on your resume you will not get into the company even after you are selected.
